"I Just Work Here" presents: The Subject Still Hasn't Changed...
Javiera really does not respond well to pressure. And I think she's more than a little tired of being cornered by coworkers. (Cornered by coworkers... say THAT five times fast!) I'd also like to point out this is the first time any of the characters in IJWH has cursed... It's not going to become a new thing for this strip, I just felt like it was appropriate for her in this particular moment.
Those speech bubbles that merge with the thought bubbles really are a pain to put together. I had to re-do the thought bubbles about 3 times to get it to a point where it looks at least somewhat natural. Drawing Javiera squirming around like she's ready to crawl out of her skin was much easier to do... and hopefully it looked natural as well. :P
