Because of Fred I feel obligated to put up a special Halloween comic every year. I feel the need to apologize not only for the lateness of this post... but for the content of the comic itself. It creeps me out to no end when humans do this sort of thing, so the only natural step seemed to be to extrapolate that to everyone's favorite phantom.
